½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ cup granulated sugar
In a small pan combine the juice and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring to dissolve the sugar. Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
Use to add extra lemon flavor and moisture to a Lemon Chiffon Cake.
