I like this Food and Wine recipe for a Baked Alaska Birthday Cake. Use your favorite ice cream flavors. I like chocolate peanut butter ice cream and salted caramel ice cream. For the chocolate pound cake I use one loaf of Chocolate Cola Pound Cake.
