Buttermilk pound cake ( bake in 9 by 3 inch round cake pan for 1 hour 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean )
Chocolate buttercream ( use lactose free milk instead of cola )
Rainbow sprinkles
Cut the cake into 3 equal height layers. Turn the top layer upside down on a cake plate and frost the top with buttercream. Add the center layer and frost the top. Add the last layer with the bottom up and frost the top. Frost the sides then add sprinkles to the top and sides using your hands to gently press the sprinkles into the frosting.
