Chocolate Buttercream

1 cup butter, softened

3 cups powdered sugar

¼ cup cocoa

2 tablespoons lactose free milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Sift together the powdered sugar and cocoa. Using an electric mixer beat the butter until light and creamy. Slowly add in the sugar. Add the milk and vanilla beating until light and fluffy.

Use this to frost a Pecan Caramel Cake.
