2 ounces milk chocolate
2 ounces dark chocolate
1 ounce white chocolate
6 strawberries rinsed and dried
Chop the milk and dark chocolates into small pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second bursts at 70% power stirring each time until almost all the chocolate is melted. Stir until the remaining bits melt and the chocolate cools slightly.
Spread wax paper on your work surface. Holding the berries by the green cap one at a time dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate and place on the wax paper.
While the chocolate sets melt the white chocolate. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on 60% power in 20 second bursts stirring after each burst until most of the chocolate melts. Then stir until the remaining bits melt.
Using a plastic fork fling the white chocolate over the berries. Allow the white chocolate to set. Serve these the day they are made.
