Southern Living’s Chocolate Pecan Bourbon Pie is sweet with a lot of chocolate flavor and a hint of bourbon. While cooking the corn syrup, sugars and bourbon my kitchen filled with the smell of bourbon.
I pre-baked the pie crust but otherwise followed the recipe. I had some filling leftover and baked it in a ramekin for 30 minutes.
