Old Bay Remoulade

3 tablespoons mayonnaise 

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Zest and juice of one lemon

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning 

Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon, half of the lemon zest, half of the lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning in a small bowl. Taste and correct seasoning adding more lemon zest and juice to your taste.

Serve with Sheet pan Shrimp and Corn.
