The Belmont Jewel is bourbon based cocktail that tastes like fruit punch making it a atrong but gentle introduction to bourbon.
4 oz bourbon
2 oz lemon juice
2 oz pomegranate juice
½ oz agave
ice
2 lemon wheels for garnish
Makes 2 servings.
Measure bourbon, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, and agave into a shaker. Fill with ice. Cover and shake until the outside is frosted and very cold. Pour over ice into two glasses and garnish each with a lemon wheel.
