9 chicken wings
Canola oil spray
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
3 or 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
¾ cup parmesan, finely grated
This recipe was developed for a toaster oven style air fryer. Use this recipe to make the wings in your oven.
Keep a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil underneath the air fryer basket while preparing and cooking the chicken. Spray the air fryer basket with canola oil.
Dry the chicken with paper towels and then spread the chicken in the air fryer basket. Spray the chicken with canola oil and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°. Air fry the chicken for 12 minutes.
While the chicken cooks combine the garlic, olive oil and cayenne in a large bowl. After roasting the chicken for 12 minutes, toss it with the garlic mixture. Add the breadcrumbs and half the parmesan and toss to coat. Return the chicken to the basket and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
Air fry for 12 minutes more or until the chicken browns and reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
