Cheese Pizza

1 12 inch Neapolitan style Pizza Crust prebaked for 6 minutes

1 cup pasta sauce

Fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced or crumbled

Fresh basil leaves, shredded

Brush the prebaked crust with olive oil and then cover with the pasta sauce leaving a small edge. 

Bake in a preheated 450° oven on a pizza stone or upside down sheet pan for 4 minutes.

Then top with mozzarella.  Bake 4 minutes more or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. 

Remove from the oven, top with basil and cool on a cooling rack for a few minutes before using scissors to cut into 6 slices.
