Garlic Parmesan Wings from your oven

Adapted from this allrecipes.com recipe

9 chicken wings

Canola oil spray

Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

3 or 4 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon cayenne

1 tablespoon bread crumbs

¾ cup parmesan, finely grated

If you have a toaster oven style air fryer consider using this recipe instead.

Preheat the oven to 450°. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and insert a wire rack.

Dry the chicken with paper towels. Spread the chicken on the rack. Spray both sides of the chicken with canola oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast the chicken for 20 minutes. Turn and roast for 20 minutes more.

While the chicken cooks combine the garlic, olive oil and cayenne in a large bowl. After the chicken has roasted toss it with the garlic mixture. Return to the rack and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and parmesan.

Roast for 5 minutes more or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
