Ginger soy wings

Ginger soy glaze

¼ cup honey 

¼ cup water 

2 tablespoons soy sauce 

3 cloves garlic peeled and minced

2 inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and minced

1 green onion sliced into small circles

Lime juice

Place honey, water, soy, garlic, and ginger in a small pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Add onion and simmer until reduced by half. Remove from heat and add a squeeze of lime juice. 

Wings

12 wings 

Canola oil spray 

Salt and Pepper 

Bake

Preheat the oven to 450° F. 

Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Insert a rack. 

Dry the wings and spray each side with canola oil. Season with salt and pepper. 

Place the wings on the rack allowing space between them. Roast for 20 minutes then turn the wings and roast for 20 minutes more. The wings should have browned and be crispy. 

Toss the wings in the sauce and roast 5 minutes more. Serve with extra sauce for drizzling.
