Tex Mex Grilled Chicken

4 chicken tenders, thawed

Southwestern spice mix

Olive oil

Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Brush both sides with olive oil. 

Coat both sides of the chicken with the spice mix. 

Cook in a grill pan over medium high heat turning once. Continue cooking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°. 

Use in Chicken Street Taco Salad.
