Street Taco Salad with Chicken

1 recipe Tex Mex Grilled Chicken cut into ½ inch cubes. 

3 cups Romaine, rinsed and torn 

½ cup red cabbage, thinly chopped 

½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained

½ cup corn, rinsed and drained

½ avocado sliced

10 cherry tomatoes halved

½ cup shredded cheese

Layer half the lettuce, half the cabbage, half the beans, half the corn, half the avocado, half the tomatoes and half the cheese in a plate. Repeat with the remaining ingredients in a second plate. 

Top each salad with half the chicken. Serve with citrus vinaigrette or lime crema
